However, some overseas artists do not worth the warm and the sentimental attitude of the domestic audience

Overseas artists were warmly welcomed even more than prominent domestic artists.

Price of tickets for concerts, live shows with the participation of overseas artists are often lofty but still all tickets are sold out in a short time...

Even though a single music show ticket is equivalent to a month's salary of an ordinary staff and state employee.

However, some overseas artists do not worth the warm and the sentimental attitude of the domestic audience.

They indifferently or intentionally participated in a number of cultural shows with content of provoking the opposition against the current regime of Vietnam, defamatory Vietnamese homeland ... by hostile forces overseas.

Typically, artists Thanh Tuyen, Gia Huy, Manh Dinh and spouses Quang Minh and Hong Dao participated in Asia 71 - - the latest DVD celebrating 32 years of operation of the Asia Entertainment, Inc founded in 1981 in the United States.

They violated Vietnamese law, betrayed and lost the support of motherland fans.

More over, the overseas Vietnamese singers who participated in the US-based Asia Entertainment Inc’s latest DVD, which slandered Vietnamese political affairs, are banned from performing in Vietnam.

The HCM city People’s Committee had previously instructed its agencies to stringently penalize the circulation and duplication of the DVD and urge people not to buy it.

The local singers who made an appearance in the DVD will also be strictly disciplined.
