Thailand Day 2015 opens in Hanoi

A festival featuring the unique culture of Thailand opens at Thong Nhat Park in Hanoi on December 5.

A series of activities including food and souvenir stalls, Thailand tourism booth, lucky draw, art and cultural performances by Muay Thai fighter group and Thai traditional and modern dance company, and music performance by the Royal Thai Navy Orchestra will be held during the day.

Last year, the event attracted more than 4,000 visitors.

All proceeds from the event (after deducting expenses) will go to the National Fund for Vietnamese Children.

Vietnam targets to earn 5 gold medals at Asiad 18
