The Toyota Classics 2015 will take place on October 22 at Hanoi Opera House, announced the Vietnam Performing Arts Center at a press conference on October 16 in Hanoi.
This is the 18th annual Toyota Classics to be held in Vietnam by Toyota Motor Asia Pacific (TMAP) and TMV in cooperation with Vietnam Performing Arts Center under the Department of Performing Arts, a part of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
As an important year of TMV’s 20th anniversary in Vietnam, Toyota Classics 2015 has the participation of the famous Budapest Operetta and Musical Theater led by internationally well-known László Makláry and young, talented artist Hoang Tuan Cuong – who has received many international prestigious violin prizes.
The program is expected to bring classical music lovers in Vietnam a very special and colorful music party by the mix of world famous musical and operetta pieces.
This year, Toyota Classics will be organized in 7 Asian countries, including: Brunei, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia during October 10 -31.
Over the past 17 years accompanying with music lovers in Vietnam, the Toyota Classics has contributed to bringing the academic classical music closer to Vietnamese music lovers, at the same time, creating chances for Vietnamese music talents to perform and learn from world famous orchestras and artists.
Until now, Toyota Classics has become one of the most expected music programs of the year.
This year, tickets of Toyota Classics 2015 will be officially on sale from October 2015 at Hanoi Opera House. All the ticket proceeds will be used for the “Toyota Scholarship for Vietnamese Young Music Talents”.
