Week of fine French cuisine launched in HCMC

A week of French food celebrating the French National Day (July 14) opened at Continental Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 on July 11.

Renowned French chef Amine Lakhdari will introduce French cuisine and its values to visitors during the event.

A menu with selected dishes costs from VND779, 000-VNĐ39,000 per guest.

A gala evening of dining featuring the special tastes of French and wine will take place today.

The French cuisine week will run until July 17.

Continental Saigon Hotel is located on Dong Khoi Street in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City. The elegant French-style building was built in 1878 and inaugurated in 1880.
