Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha has sent a letter to teacher Ninh Van Dau of Senior High School Dinh Tien Hoang in Krong Pa District in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai who had persuaded many local students back to their class.
Minister Nha said in his letter that with the love for students, the teacher has crossed dozens of kilometers of mountainous roads to persuade many students from low-income families, especially Ksor Gôol to return to the school.
Moreover, four years ago, teacher Dau convinced student Lep, a Ja Rai student, returning to the school for continued learning. Now Lep becomes his colleague .
Minister Nha highly appreciated teacher Dau’s devotion for students and believed his deed will set a good example for the whole society, particularly among teachers and students in the country to follow.
On behalf of the Ministry, Mr. Nha sent congratulation to teacher Dau for his acts, expecting that other teachers to have good deed for the sector.
