VNU in HCMC assists lecturers in publishing articles ininternational journals

In addition to investing in scientific researches, the Vietnam National University (VNU) in Ho Chi Minh will give support to students, postgraduates and young lecturers who have published articles in reputable international journals from September.
The university has 3,700 researchers and over 2,500 researchers, postgraduates annually; accordingly, if the university has plan to encourage them to develop their potential, there will more articles published in reputable international journals.
In its project Scopus to improve Vietnamese lecturers’ ability to write scientific articles, the university aims to lift its position in the Southeast Asian region and the world. The Scopus project aims to have more published good articles in the period 2019-2023, four times of that in the period 2015-2018.
The project will be launched next month.
