Kiosks installed to evaluate patients’ satisfaction

The Department of Health in Ho Chi Minh City installed kiosks to carry out assessment survey on patients’ satisfaction from March 27.


The kiosks were installed in public infirmaries in the city hopes to encourage patients to voice their dissatisfaction with hospitals in order to improve the quality of care.

The computer-based survey has 15 questions. Patients will answer these questions which will sent to the hospital managers so that managers can know to improve the service.
