Largest oriental medicine factory in central highlands inaugurated

Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC (Ladophar) yesterday inaugurated a Ladophar oriental medicine manufactory in the Phu Hoi Industrial Park in Duc Trong District in the central highlands province of Lam Dong.

The VND100 billion (US$4,519,774) project includes herbal tea producer and another factory to extract medicine. The factory can make 180 tons of herbal tea, 180 tons of soft and dried bone glue every year. This is the largest medicine factory in the central highlands of Vietnam equipped with modern assembly chains.

Doan Van Viet, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said that the factory is expected to increase herbal plants of the province such as artichoke and some others; accordingly, able to promote growing and preserving the gene tree helping local residents stable living.
