Under his decision, as from early January, the ministers will go to localities for their instruction and inspection of implementing anti-bird flu and human pandemic measures.
Later they will report their work to the PM.
Following that, Health Minister Tran Thi Trung Chien will be responsible for inspection in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi and the central province of Thua Thien – Hue.
Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment Mai Ai Truc is going to the Northern provinces of Bac Giang, Bac Ninh and Ha Tay on his duty.
Science and Technology Minister Hoang Van Phong is in charge of controlling the situation in the central provinces of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Da Nang City.
Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Minister Nguyen Thi Hang supervises the four Mekong delta provinces of An Giang, Kien Giang, Tien Giang, and Can Tho.
