Funding for landslide disaster prevention and mitigation works in Thanh Da islet will be monitored by the Department of Finance, the Department of Planning and Investment and the state treasury.
$2 million allocated for landslide prevention in city’s inner islet
Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has approved to provide VND50 billion ($2 million) for works of landslide disaster prevention and mitigation in Thanh Da islet for the second phase, said the Ho Chi Minh City Inland Waterway Region yesterday.
