Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Women’s Union in HCMC organized a meeting of female entrepreneurs in Adora Center, District 7.
The purpose of the meeting is to connect businesswomen in various countries of Asia and the Pacific. It is the first event of its kind in Vietnam with 500 foreign and local businesswomen participating.
There was an exchange of conversation about the role of women in modern society and the workplace. Former Vice State President Truong My Hoa, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Chairwoman of the Municipal Women’s Union Dinh Thi Bach Mai, and several others from the US, Philippines, China, Malaysia and Cambodia were highlighted as exemplary models.
An association of businesswomen was established at this meeting to connect talented women entrepreneurs in leading and managing companies.
