Canada ready for supporting HCMC in smart city development

The city leader affirmed that the cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Canada has strongly developed in many fields. 

Canada has been ranking the 21st position among 101 the worldwide investors in Ho Chi Minh City with 80 projects and total investment capital of US$ 118 million.

With the advantage, the city leader desired that both sides would continue cooperation in coping with climate change, health, smart urban development, etc.

On behalf of the Canadian business delegation, Mr. Kyle Nunas expressed his pleasure at opened policies and mechanisms to attract more and more investment projects in the city.

This visit aims to learn about as well as seek cooperation and investment opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City. The Canadian enterprises have been so interested in the potential market and wanted to strengthen further trade cooperation ties with the city, especially in smart city development, Mr. Kyle Nunas said.
