City buses to provide free Wi-Fi

Ho Chi Minh City Transport Cooperative Union said that it will provide Wi-Fi service on some bus routes in the near future to encourage more people to use buses.

According to Le Hai Phong, Director of the City Public Transport Management and Operation Center, they had earlier run many programs to attract citizens to travel on buses.

In the future, the center will strive to serve passengers with clean and safe buses, and provide more standing space as well as arrange more seats for women, children, and invalids.

In addition, all the buses will be fitted with GPS and LED lights.
