City delegation ends visit in Netherlands and Germany

Working trips of the Ho Chi Minh City’s high- ranking delegation in the Netherlands and Germany were officially closed on Saturday.

Previously, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan and the high- ranking delegation took part in a seminar under theme “Ho Chi Minh City- Unlimited potentiality” in Frankfurt, a future city of Germany, with a goal of calling for German enterprises and investors. 

At the seminar, the city Party chief affirmed that Ho Chi Minh City always pays attention in seeking cooperation opportunities between the locality and foreign partners, including Germany. 

As this reason, he hoped that businesses and investors from Germany in general and Frankfurt in particular would continue cooperation with Vietnam’s largest economic hub.

Ho Chi Minh City also mentioned in ensuring the stable social environment, protecting the legitimate rights and benefits for investors, creating favorable business conditions for German firms.

Besides that, the senior leader desired that products and services of the city’s enterprises would become familiar with German in near future.

German enterprises registered direct exchange with Secretary Nguyen Thien Nhan to propose implementation of future investment projects in Ho Chi Minh City through investment projects to convert garbage into electricity and produce bio-inoculants for agriculture.
