On the occasion of the Senior Day of Vietnam, a delegation led by head of the Commission for Mass Mobilization of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Le visited and congratulated senior citizens yesterday.

The delegation dropped by 90-year-old Lai Van Nuoi in Tan Phu District who served in the country’s revolution and was awarded a medal for participating in the revolution. On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Le wished senior Lai Van Nuoi good health and happy life with his children and grandchildren.
On the same day, the delegation also paid a visit to 90-year-old Nguyen Duy Cuong who used to be secretary of former PM Vo Van Kiet and PM Phan Van Khai.
Additionally, the delegation congratulated 95-year-old Nguyen Thanh Dich who ever worked in Vietnam News Agency and 90-year-old Nguyen Van Hanh who used to be a member of special task force troops.
