Export processing zones to have more price subsidized stores

The Export Processing Zone Authority in Ho Chi Minh City with support from businesses will be constructing more supermarkets and stores for price subsidized goods for workers in industrial and processing parks.

The export processing zones in Tan Thuan, Linh Trung 2 and the industrial parks in Hiep Phuoc, Binh Chieu already have a few Sai Gon Co-op supermarkets and price subsidized stores owned by the Ba Huan Company and Tu Tam Cooperative.

More supermarkets will be constructed in Tan Binh industrial park and export processing Linh Trung 1, in October and November this year. Besides, some stores will also be built that will sell cheaper commodities in industrial parks of Tay Bac Cu Chi and Le Minh Xuan.

Mobile stores will also be constructed, which will travel in industrial and processing zones in the city every week to provide greater access to commodities for workers.
