HCMC establishes ODA projects management board

The People’s Committee of HCMC has decided to establish the management board of official development assistance (ODA) funded  projects.

The board has been set up with the merger of investment management boards of urban traffic works, urban upgrading works and environmental hygiene projects.
The ODA projects management board will be the investor of some projects using ODA source, foreign preferential loans, city budget and other capital sources according to the law.
The board is headquartered at No.3 Nguyen Thi Dieu street, Ward 6, District 3.
HCMC now manages 20 ODA projects with the total capital of VND114,245 billion (US$5.03 billion). Of the funds, VND97,802 billion is ODA funds and VND16,443 billion is reciprocal capital.
