HCMC Labor Federation hands over 1,000 radios to poor workers

Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation in collaboration with HCMC Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) and Saigon Beer Corporation on July 24, handed over 1,000 radios and 1,000 gifts to difficult workers, who are living and working in the city.

Vice chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran said that city leaders always pay attention to worker’s life. 

The radios will be powerful medium in communication, aiming to help worker access policies and the laws of the Party, State, Tran added

On this occasion, HCMC Labor Federation and Voice of Ho Chi Minh City will broadcast ‘Radiobroadcast for workers’ on FM 99.9 Mhz Channel.

Saigon Beer Corp donated VND 330 million for ‘Sentimental attachment to Paracel, Spratly islands’ program, launched by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Thi Thu Ha and Deputy Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Manh Ha attended in the event.
