The Department of Culture and Sport and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will popularize the environment protection regulation in residential quarters while the Department of Finance was assigned to study how to use fine collected from violators.
Moreover, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will receive and handle information of violators as per the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment’s circular No. 03 and give guideline to district authorities to publicize the name of violators as per the government’s decision No.155/2016.
The Department must liaise with city Police in using camera photo to impose fine on violators.
