Hi-Tech training center breaks ground in HCMC

Saigon Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) and Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation have begun construction of the SAIT Training Center at Saigon Hi-Tech Park in District 9 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Hi-Tech Training Center will cover an area of 1,000 square meters and aims to become a Hi-Tech product design and development hub which will include a post-graduate training center.

Funds upto US$6 million have been allocated for the project and according to plans, enrollment of students will begin as soon as the center is completed in the first quarter of 2014. In the first year, the center will train about 4,000 students in English medium.

SAIT Vietnam will be a subsidiary company of SAIT LLC whose headquarters are located in Silicon Valley in the US.
