Ho Chi Minh City, Poland strengthen trade ties

Ho Chi Minh City will create favorable conditions for Polish investors to do business there, said Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong while receiving Polish Ambassador to Vietnam Barbara Szymanowska on August 11.

The two sides are happy as the bilateral cooperation relations have recently developed although two countries have still had enormous potential to grow.

A Polish Trade Promotion Center is expected to be opened in the city to enhance economic exchange between Vietnamese and Polish enterprises, said Polish Ambassador to Vietnam Barbara Szymanowska.

Many food and pharmaceutical companies of Poland are keen to invest in Ho Chi Minh City, she added.
