Head of Ho Chi Minh City's food safety management agency Pham Khanh Phong Lan signed the decision.
The food safety inter-departments of districts 7, Nha Be and Can Gio were assigned to supervise the performance of the decision.
Before on July 3, the inter- departments had paid visit to Lottecinema Vietnam at the third floor of commercial center at 469 Nguyen Huu Tho in district 7 to check food safety.
Inspectors detected the company's certificate of food safety expired over three months; foodstuffs was lay in floor and food containers were dirty.
Accordingly, inspectors issued fine of $ 1,151 on the company.
