Ministry prompts to hire inl’t consultant for Tan Son Nhat expansion

The Ministry of Transport yesterday prompted the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) to hire international consulting firms to adjust Tan Son Nhat International Airport plan and propose measures to expand the airport.

At a meeting with relevant agencies, ministry leaders assigned CAAV and relevant sides to seek a qualified, experienced and prestigious international consultant to participate in studying Tan Son Nhat airport expansion and building a detailed plan to adjust the airport’s plan.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam should closely work with the Ministry of Defense, the HCMC People’s Committee and related agencies to create every conditions they can for consultant firms to do their work, ensure quality, progress, safety and efficiency and prevent loss and waste.
