Students in HCMC come back to school
Preschools, junior and senior high schools in Ho Chi Minh City were ready to admit more than 1.3 million schoolers.

Teachers at Primary School Dinh Tien Hoang in District 1 welcomed students at early morning. Many parents took their children to the school at 6.30 AM.
Principal Tran Thi Thu Huong said that the school admitted 281 first graders for the school year 2019-2020.
A few days ago, the teaching staff of Dinh Tien Hoang School cleaned up and decorated classrooms, as Principal Huong said. First graders were welcomed on August 19 and second, third, fourth and fifth graders would be on August 20.
Teachers gave first graders with balloon and greetings at the school door. Additionally, each first grader was given a helmet, gifts and studying items of their choice.
Moreover, to create joyful atmosphere in the special day to help first graders get familiar with the new school in their first day, musical performance was staged.

First schoolers were taught regulation at classroom with the head teacher. Later, they took a sightseeing tour around the school especially restrooms where students were instructed how to wash their hand correctly.
