The Highland Research and Development Institute's (HRDI) Director Ruchira Rimphadi said the Royal Park Rajapruek will open the tulip festival, showing colorful tulip flowers in once-a-year full bloom during December 25, 2018 – January 10, 2019.
This year's display will feature the concept of "Charms of 100,000 fields," with a variety of flowers such as tulips, lilies, and orchids from Royal Projects, arranged over 470 rai of land, as well as performances and demonstrations of traditional customs and cuisine.
The park also features an exhibition of King Rama IX, disseminating the late monarch's teachings and wisdoms. The park is open daily from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. – NNT/VNA
