Ministry suggests control of electricity motorbike

Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai asked the Ministry of Public Security to propose the management plan to electricity bicycles and owners have not registered to the police station.

The Ministry must send its report to the Prime Minister before August 15. The Deputy PM noticed that  each agency and individual must be verified as they have not done well the regulation of registration of the vehicle.

Currently, the vehicle is popular across the country especially in big cities. However, most of its owners have not registered to the police station, yet.

According to a propose of the Department of Transport Police, any electricity bicyle without registered plates is not allowed to travel on streets. If vehicle owners are not obey to the regulation, they will be fined as per the Government’s regulation.
