As per the government’s new decision to fine on violations in water and natural resources, an organization will be able to face a fine of up to VND2 billion ($88,063).
Also as per the new decision, an individual violator will have to pay up to VND1 billion for violations in water and natural resources
The decision says that any organization and individual violators breaching the regulation of water and natural resources will receive warning, administrative fine, revocation of prospecting licence in one to twelve months.
An individual may face maximum administrative fine of VND250 million for violation in the field of water and natural resource while an organization will pay VND500 million for the same violation.
