11-digit-number mobile subscribers stopped using from Nov. 15

According to the plan of replacing from Vietnamese 11 to 10- digit mobile subscribers, mobile service users will not be able to call or text the previous 11-digit numbers of all network service providers from November 15.

For keeping in touch, customers have to dial in new format (including 10 numbers) of the network service providers.

In the past few days, mobile network providers conducted a text message to their customers to actively update their contacts and make a phone call with new phone number.

There have been more than 60 million network subscribers affected by this change.
