The awarding ceremony of the 10th Luong Dinh Cua Prize 2015 will be organized in Hanoi on June 20.
The awards will be granted to 150 young farmers across the country for their outstanding contributions in agricultural techniques and use of advanced technologies, and in the success of rural industrialization and modernization.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television’s VTV1 channel.
The 2nd National Rural Youth Festival 2015 will take place at Vietnam Institute of Youth and Adolescence in Hanoi from June 18-20, reports the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The festival is a chance for young people to share experiences and exchange on youth union’s tasks and programs; and movement of building new rural areas.
There will be a conference to review three years of implementation of the” Youths join hands to build new rural areas" movement, a seminar on “innovative thinking of agricultural production’ and an exhibition of agricultural products made by youths.
