Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh sent his best wishes to all farmers who have achieved successful results in applying advanced models of agricultural development or thinking of useful inventions for agricultural sector.
He also asked the Vietnam Farmers' Association to continue to adopt proper policies, helping the agricultural sector and farmers to effectively develop, reduce poverty and improve competitiveness as well as building a new countryside, integrating into the region and the world.
