In the survey, laborers’ skills have been improved gradually through courses in vocational training centers and projects on training labor force for the agriculture sector, especially the project of countryside laborers in the field of farming.
However, the rate of laborers graduating from training colleges is just 7 percent. Laborers in countryside districts just take part in short-time courses; therefore, they can’t meet the requirements in developing urban agriculture sector.
