BInh Duong Province has 358 approved housing projects on the area of 4,500 hectare presently.
By October, 37 of them have not been carried out accounting for 10.3 percent of the total projects; mostly in Di An, Thuan An, and Ben Cat districts.
Seven of them have been cleared site but no more moves have been done while seven projects had hiccups along the way of site compensation and 10 others had no sign of construction.
