On behalf of the Prime Minister, Deputy PM Pham Gia Khiem has approved the Ministry of Trade’s suggestion to establish a Board for Drafting Project on enhancing competitiveness and making use of opportunities to overcome challenges of globalization and international economic integration. The board will be directed by Trade Minister Truong Dinh Tuyen.

The Deputy PM requested ministries and organizations to soon submit to the Trade Minister and the Project Drafting Board Director a list of members who will take part in the project preparation by September 27.
The Trade Minister and the Project Drafting Board Director can invite experts to the drafting. Related ministries and organizations will appoint assistant specialists to join the drafting board.
The Deputy PM assigned the Trade Minister and the Project Drafting Board Director to make a working plan, assign tasks to the board members and complete the project to present to the PM and the Politburo and to report at the tenth Party Central Committee’s fourth conference.
The Ministry of Finance will finance the project.
