Business clubs launch environmental protection campaign

Women's business club, the 2030 businessmen club, Da nang young businessmen association and Vietdatravel launched "Joing hand to protect sea & islands environment" program starting from March 27 to 29 in Da Nang and Quang Nam.

Members give haversacks to tourists

Thousands of haversacks have been given to local and international tourists in Da Nang and Quang Nam's tourist sites, aiming to call for people in protecting sea & islands.

Mr. Dinh Van Loc, director of Vietdatravel said plastic bags are using popularity in the city causing polluted environment. The campaign is necessary to raise people' awareness in protecting environment.

From now till year-end, the campaign is expected to continue to be launched in Quang Nam's Cu Lao Cham Islands; Quang Ngai's Ly Son islands and beaches in Ha My, Cua Dai, Tam Thanh (Quang Nam) and Da Nang.
