‘Cargill Cares Vietnam’ to raise VND8 billion for charity

‘Cargill Cares Vietnam’, a charity fund, has collected more than VND4 billion since the beginning of the year.

The fund is expected to collect more than VND8 billion this year. In addition, the US Cargill Group and its staff have also contributed to the fund, for building of 7-8 schools in remote areas.

To date, Cargill Cares Vietnam has built more than 60 schools throughout the country and provided assistance to flood-hit victims, scholarships to poor students, rehabilitation equipment to disabled orphans, support to schools in equipment and tools, and to research and health centers, and veterinary dispensaries.
