City leaders visit Ben Duoc Memorial Temple


Chairwoman of Vietnamese National Assembly (NA)  Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan yesterday led a delegation of HCMC officials to visit and lay wreath at Ben Duoc Memorial Temple in Cu Chi district.

This is one of the meaningful activities to commemorate martyrs on the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947- 2017). 

They burnt incense to express their deep gratitude to Vietnamese soldiers who devoted their lives for the national liberation.

Earlier, the city delegation laid wreath to commemorate martyrs at the martyr cemetery of Cu Chi district.

On the same day, National Assembly Chairwoman visited and wished good health to Vietnamese heroic mothers and war invalids in Cu Chi.
