Exhibition in China to promote Asian culture, tourism

An exhibition on Asian tourism and culture will be organised in Beijing, China, on May 16 as part of activities on the sidelines of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilisations.

The event aims to help visitors gain insights into the civilisation of this continent, as well as promote links among enterprises operating in tourism and culture fields. 

Beijing News on May 8 reported that the Asian Culture and Tourism Exhibition will take place in the national agriculture exhibition centre, with the participation of travel agencies, hotels, resorts, and airlines from over 30 countries in Asia, including China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. 

Hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the event will last until May 18.
