Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday held a meeting in Hanoi for representatives of foreign affairs, foreign journalists and press assistants in Vietnam on New Year 2017.
Speaking at the meeting, Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ha Kim Ngoc stressed that her country continues maintaining peaceful and stable environment, protecting the country's sovereignty, raising its position at international and regional forums in the context of complicated regional and global developments.
Vietnam takes advantages of diplomatic relations thanks to active meaningful contributions from foreign press agencies, reporters and press assistants who have daily eyed and updated latest news about the country’s economy, culture and society to international friends.
