In some areas, the monthly car parking fee will increase from VND1.7 million to VND2.6 million per each.
The Ha Noi People's Committee said that the adjustment would not affect to local people's lives because in fact the parking fees which they have been paying for units and individuals are 1.5-2 times higher than the city's proposal.
