Attending the event were Mr. Tat Thanh Cang, Deputy Standing Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Chairwoman of HCMC People's Council Nguyen Thi Quyet Tam; and Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Truong Thi Ngoc Anh.
