At the anniversary, Cambodian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Sam Samouth thanked the Vietnamese Government and People for support to his country in all fields, especially the fight against the genocidal disaster as well as in the restoration works, construction and development of the neighboring country.
