Mrs. Thia who is a poor lottery ticket vendor is honored for coaching more than 2,000 kids in swimming for the past 15 years.
She is a typical example who has made outstanding contribution in reducing number of children drowning in the province, said Deputy chairman of the People’s Committee of Hung Thanh Ward in Thap Muoi District.
