The project includes two phases. In August, a survey will be conducted by the ministry, the Labor Union of Vietnam, people’s committees, the departments of culture, sports and tourism, the export Processing and Industrial Zones Authorities in the southern province of Binh Duong, Ba Ria-Vung Tau , Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City.

Under plan, the authorities will often launch cultural activities including general artistic performance, mobile information broadcasting, offering sport equipment, books, documentary books to libraries in industrial parks and export processing zones as well as showing films on the country’s island sovereignty and photo exhibitions in the spots.

From September to December, 2014, the Ministry will focus on releasing legal regulation to improve workers and employers’ awareness, building playgrounds, a grass roots cultural movement and other clubs that are suitable with workers’ need.
