Monument of late Vietnamese President inaugurated in Russia

A monument of late President Ho Chi Minh was yesterday inaugurated in Ulyanovsk city of Russian Federation, the birthplace of Vladimir Ilych Lenin.

The 5 meter-tall  bronze monument was built on an area of 2,000 square meter near Ho Chi Minh Boulevard in Zasniazhsky district, Ulyanovsk city. 

It was designed and sculptured following the conceptual model at the Ho Chi Minh Square in the Central Province of Nghe An. 

Representative leaders of Nghe An province in collaboration with authorities of Ulyanovsk city and Vietnam Solidarity Association in the city solemnly jointly held an inauguration ceremony of monument of the late Vietnamese President after nearly two years of building.
