Nearly VND 8 trln to be invested in 2.3 km of Belt Road No.1

The management board of investment for construction of civil and industrial architectural projects of Ha Noi has just proposed the People’s Committee of Ha Noi about the construction project of Belt Road No.1 in an intersection of Hoang Cau – Voi Phuc with total investment capital of VND 7,779 billion.

As plan, compensation clearance and resettlement will cost around VND 6,000 billion. 

The construction will account for nearly VND 1,800 billion extracted from the city budget and other capitals.

The total length of road is designed to 2,274 meters. Around 2,044 households have contributed total 160,000  square meters of land for the clearance.
Earlier, the city allowed all vehicles traveling through the 550 meters of Belt Road No.1, intersection from Kim Ma to O Cho Dua (Dong Da district) with total investment capital of VND 642 billion which is considered as the most expensive street totaling more than VND 1 billion (nearly USD 50,000) a square meter.
