Ninh Thuan province yesterday held a rally to mark the 40th anniversary of Southern liberation and national reunification, and received the government’s the third-class Independence Order.
At the rally, Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Popularization and Education appreciated the provincial Party, government and people’s outstanding achievements in the past 40 years.
Ninh Thuan is a southernmost central province with harsh land and natural climate conditions and it is still a poor province. Thus, the Party and State always are interested in the province’s economic development, Huynh said.
