PM appoints two new deputy ministers

Vietnamese Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just issued two decisions to appoint new Deputy Ministers of Natural Resources and Environment and Foreign Affairs. 

Chief of the Planning and Finance Department Tran Quy Kien was appointed as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. 

Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s decision, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Vu Quang Minh holds Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs to be responsible for the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has also appointed Mr. Nguyen Dang Dao as Deputy Head of Government Committee for Cipher.
