PP17 officially begins

At that time, Khanh Hoa-01 hospital ship of the Vietnam People's Navy also traveled Tien Sa port to take part in  the 2017 Pacific Partnership (PP17) Program.

The USNS Fall River (T-EPF-4) is the fourth Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport of the United States Military Sealift Command which is scheduled to anchor in the city from May 8- 18 to participate in multinational training activities and humanitarian assistance of the PP17. 
Within the framework of the PP17, the United Kingdom, Japan and Vietnam are going to take part in the civil development projects, professional exchange and military exercises on sea. The PP17 focuses on effectively and comprehensively implemention in developing the multinational relationship and interactive abilities to cope with disasters. The PP17 will be kicked off in Khanh Hoa province after May 18.
