President Tran Dai Quang receives Chinese Ambassador

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China in Vietnam Hong Xiao Yong yesterday visited and bid farewell to State President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang at the Presidential Palace after he finished the working term.

President Tran Dai Quang appreciated active and effective contributions of the Chinese ambassador in strengthening the neighboring friendship and comprehensive cooperation relations between Vietnam and China in previous time.

The Vietnamese leader suggested that both sides needed to continue maintaining exchange and strengthening political belief between the two parties and countries; promoting and raising efficiency of existing cooperation mechanisms  between the ministries, departments, agencies and localities of the two nations as well as multifaceted cooperation; peacekeeping and long- term stabilization on the East Sea…
