The Nong Thon Viet (Vietnamese rural) magazine under the Vietnam Agriculture & Rural development General Association (VARD) have just launched the program themed "Buidling rural bridges" in Duc Hue, Long An province.
Former President Truong Tan Sang, Chairman of VARD Ho Xuan Hung and Chairman of Long An People's Committee attended the program.
At the launch ceremony, the Phuc Khang Investment & Construction Company and the Saigon enterpreneur club joined hand with the program and started the construction of the first rural bridge at My Thanh Dong Commune.
On the same day, the Sen Kim Cuong Academy gave scholarships to 20 students at My Thanh Dong commune worth VND 500,000 each.
Five enterprises registered also to build 53 rural bridges and 18 sewage systems through the program.
